– Develop a distribution partner network in Qatar for a sustainable growth of HVAC controls, BMS and Lighting controls
– Partner development and motivation – Prepare and work on monthly sales funnel, action plans, Conduct sales training, Provide support for product selection and value engineering, Conduct partner event etc,
– Generate leads by meeting Contractors regularly, co-ordinate with partners for timely submission of offer, reply to queries, submittal etc to enable winning orders.
– Help define product portfolio, contribute in defining/adjusting the pricing/discount policy.
– Work with Consultants to make presentations, specify products, submittal approval/comments etc
– Work on promotional activities to create push and pull effect.
– Provide inputs for monthly forecast, update CRM tools, collect data related to market transparency to enable prepare business growth plans and strategy.
– University Degree or Diploma of Engineering in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics.
– Proficiency in design and selection of HVAC controls, DDC controls, valves, integration components etc.
– Command on spoken and written English language is required.
– Good spoken and written Arabic language is preferred.
– Around 4- 6 years of experience in supporting and managing Value Added Partners (VAP).
– The ability to motivate the partners to push/sell Siemens products to achieve targets.
– Working with Consultants for approvals and specifications
