About Your Job:
In this role you will support the Privilege Club by recruiting partner companies who will add value to the brand; you will be managing and developing existing partner relationships to increase value, to drive member engagement and to enhance loyalty, generating incremental revenue by selling Qmiles. Some of the main accountabilities in the role will be: prepare feasibility studies to evaluate potential new partners; conduct commercial negotiation and customer propositions to increase new member acquisitions; liaising with Legal and Contracts Departments to review partner contracts and with Marketing department to coordinate launch of new products; conduct detailed analysis, reviewing partnerships performance and trends, presenting them to management with recommendations for the future.
You hold a Bachelor degree or equivalent ( preferably in Marketing or Business Management) and minimum 4 years of relevant experience in the following fields: Loyalty Program, Partnership Management and Product & Database Marketing. You have good knowledge of the Airline industry, experience in developing marketing campaign, strong attention to details and very good communications and presentation skills.
