About your Job:
In this role you will be responsible for system implementation ( onboarding) of new partners into frequent flyer program and assist with system development tasks related to partnerships in a timely manner and in close collaboration with FFP Systems and QR IT teams. In addition, you will be responsible for monthly billing process in collaboration with Finance, managing all business support tasks ( information reports, updates, trainings) related to partners; you will assist Marketing teams with partnerships content in scheduling regular communications to members and you will also liaise with Operations team for customer service issues.
You hold a Bachelor degree or equivalent ( preferably in Business Administration) and minimum 4 years of relevant experience preferably in Loyalty Program or Airline. You have good knowledge of the Airline industry, experience in project management, strong attention to details and very good communications and organizational skills. You are proficient in Office applications and in Amadeus, able to multi-task and work independently.
